RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

Hatha Yoga
“Ha” means Sun and “Tha” means Moon, together Hatha is the union of opposites. Hatha Yoga is based on poses, breathing and meditation. Women of all fitness levels are invited to take a journey inside their bodies and minds. Students delve into each pose, going deeper with each breath as they cleanse and heal their bodies.
